We are interested in receiving CVs for Water Treatment Account Managers in the North of England. Candidates will need experience undertaking Sampling & Analysis of Steam Boilers, Cooling Towers and Closed Systems (using an onsite test kit) and will require extensive technical industry knowledge.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Experience working as an Account manager for a Water Treatment/Water Hygiene/Legionella outfit
  • Experience managing a portfolio of Steam Boiler & Cooling Tower Accounts
  • Excellent industry technical knowledge, including a good understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 guidelines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

The Role:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of water treatment accounts, including heavy industrial clients.
  • Both managing and growing existing contracts
  • Identifying opportunities for company growth both through the sourcing new business e.g. referrals and quotations for works, as well as, successful contract renewals and upselling of remaining services.
  • Undertaking Sampling & Analysis of Steam Boilers, Cooling Towers and Closed Systems, using onsite test kits
  • Attending site meetings with Clients, identifying contractual requirements and providing technical advice
  • Ensuring compliance with industry guidelines across Client contracts, highlighting and rectifying any issues
  • Carrying out training to site staff and aiding new chemists
  • Producing thorough service reports
  • Working to agreed contractual deadlines and budgets
