Job Title: Water Treatment Account Manager
Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire
Salary/Benefits: £38k - £60k + Training & Benefits

Candidates will need experience undertaking Sampling & Analysis of Steam Boilers, Cooling Towers and Closed Systems (using an onsite test kit) and will require extensive technical industry knowledge.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience working as an Account manager for a Water Treatment/Water Hygiene/Legionella outfit
- Experience managing a portfolio of Steam Boiler & Cooling Tower Accounts
- Excellent industry technical knowledge, including a good understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 guidelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
The Role:
- Overseeing a portfolio of water treatment accounts, including heavy industrial clients.
- Both managing and growing existing contracts
- Identifying opportunities for company growth both through the sourcing new business e.g. referrals and quotations for works, as well as, successful contract renewals and upselling of remaining services.
- Undertaking Sampling & Analysis of Steam Boilers, Cooling Towers and Closed Systems, using onsite test kits
- Attending site meetings with Clients, identifying contractual requirements and providing technical advice
- Ensuring compliance with industry guidelines across Client contracts, highlighting and rectifying any issues
- Carrying out training to site staff and aiding new chemists
- Producing thorough service reports
- Working to agreed contractual deadlines and budgets
