This is a well run and popular Girls school in the heart of St Albans. The school are looking for LSA's who can support wiht the SEN team and work with a range of pupils each week. Students have a range of low level needs and respond well to staff. The school ensures all students get the individual support and attention they need to thrive and with that in mind they are looking to bring in several LSA's who they will support with training and development from day one so they can provide the best support possible for these deserving students.
Requirements:
- Either an experienced TA who has worked in SEN settings or a recent graduate with a passion for SEN education and a desire to gain practical experience.
- Desire to work in a varied role, supporting multiple students and working alongside the schools SENCO and friendly SEN team
- A TA who can commit to a long-term role across 5 days a week between 8.30am and 3:30 pm
- Ideally someone who is keen to learn and develop and progress onto a career within education
