Role Responsibilities
- Leading a variety of audit assignments across different sectors, collaborating with managers and partners
- Preparing audit files, conducting audit planning, and leading fieldwork
- Supervising and supporting junior team members, providing training and reviewing their work
- Ensuring audits are completed on time, to a high standard, and within the agreed budget
- Using accounting software to deliver accurate reports for managers, directors, and clients
- Preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
- Keeping your technical knowledge up to date with industry and economic trends
- Assisting with pricing services and supporting new client proposals
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and clients, ensuring exceptional client service

Candidate Requirements
- ACCA/ACA qualified or nearing completion
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in UK audit practice, with additional accounts experience preferred
- Familiarity with Xero, Sage, Caseware, and CCH is beneficial
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to quickly pick up new software
- High attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while producing high-quality work
- A team player who enjoys mentoring and developing junior colleagues
