A great opportunity to join a leading fashion brand and retailer as a Data & Insights Manager on a interim basis.
THE COMPANY
The business are a leading fashion brand and retailer looking to hire a Data and Insights Manager on a 3 month fixed term contract.
In this role, you will analyse consumer behaviour, website performance and marketing campaigns to inform decision making and drive business growth. Whilst also taking responsibility for leading a small insights team of your own.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilising SQL and GA4 to analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and marketing campaigns
- Develop insights and actionable recommendations to optimise marketing strategies and improve website performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and other analytical experiments to optimize conversion rates and user engagement
- Taking responsibility for leading a small analytics team of your own
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience within the Analytics field, with a focus on Customer & Marketing Analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and other web analytics tools
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management or team management experience
