Crem Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our client based in Haverhill in their search for a Warehouse/ Counterbalance Operator to join them on a temporary ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
- Must be able to present a valid Counterbalance Licence
- Have previous experience in Warehouse / Counterbalance
- Good communication skills
- Team player and able to work to tight shipping deadlines
- Working with hazardous materials, so keen attention to health and safety
Duties:
- Transport goods around the warehouse and yard.
- Warehouse - counterbalance operation.
- Loading and unloading deliveries from lorries.
- Some manual handling to move smaller goods, but the majority of it is forklift operation.
This is a full-time role working 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
Some OT available when agreed with management (paid time, and a half).
