English Lecturer

Reed FE are working on behalf of a College who are seeking an English Lecturer for a 6 week Temporary Cover.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Delivering an ambitious English curriculum, including GCSE and Functional Skills.
- Engaging with mainstream learners as well as students within our Foundation and Engage departments.
- Creating and delivering engaging lessons to a diverse group of learners, facilitating their progress in English skills.
- Supporting the development of the curriculum and integrating new technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy.
- A teaching qualification such as Cert Ed, PGCE, or DTLLS.
- Minimum of Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area.
- Degree in a relevant subject area is desirable.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
