As an Office Host, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for visitors and employees. Your friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail contribute to the overall experience within the office.

Here are the key responsibilities:

  1. Welcoming Guests:
  • Greet visitors with a warm smile and make them feel comfortable upon arrival.

  • Provide accurate wait times and manage any waiting lists.

  1. Managing Reservations:
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure smooth scheduling.

  • Maintain an organised system for booking conference rooms and workspaces.

  • Organised any refreshments required for meeting or event

  1. Seating and Escorting:
  • Escort guests to their designated areas, whether it's a meeting room, reception area, or workspace.

  • Ensure seating arrangements are appropriate and well-coordinated.

  1. Professional Communication:
  • Engage in natural conversations with guests, avoiding scripted or intrusive interactions.

  • Answer questions, provide directions, and assist with any inquiries.

  1. Light Housekeeping:
  • Keep common areas tidy

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
