Quantity Surveyor required for New build residential projects in the Berkshire / South Oxfordshire area

This medium sized new build developer requires a competent Surveyor to join their team to look after circa 3 projects at any one time.

They are not a volume build developer, but projects vary in size. Projects are generally new build houses and apartments but can include elements of refurb.

Ideally (but not a necessity) the successful candidate will live in the Reading area, be predominantly based at Head office and visit projects when required.
