Our client, a leading customer service organisation based in Birmingham, is currently seeking Outbound Customer Service Advisors to join their team. The Role:
- Engage with customers over the phone, providing outstanding service and resolving any queries or concerns.
- Booking appointments for sales reps to attend site
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Be part of a collaborative team, working towards achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
- Utilise excellent communication skills to convey information effectively and professionally.
