Are you a skilled and experienced Tax Manager with a background of working in a complex, multi-entity business, looking for a unique opportunity to work across two brands to develop and implement the corporate tax strategy?
In this role you'll lead and direct the UK tax management across both Elysium Healthcare and Ramsay Healthcare UK, reporting into both Group Financial Controllers with key relationship with the Group Head of Tax for Ramsay Global (Australia).
You will ensure tax compliance across the entire group of tax entities and regulatory and Ramsay Group reporting requirements, with responsibility for:
- Group tax reporting, including tax provisioning and deferred tax calculations for entity and group statutory accounts.
- Preparation and filing of all group corporation tax returns and related calculations including corporate interest restriction returns.
- Preparation of capital allowance claims.
- CT compliance including group POAs and other administrative matters.
- Overseeing internal control framework alongside the preparation and submission of the Group's SAO documentation.
- Preparation and submission of UK VAT returns, PAYE settlement agreement calculations and online share reporting submissions.
- Supporting with transfer pricing, country-by-country reporting, and other global group wide tax compliance.
- Provide advice to the business on IR35 and other employment tax issues.
- Manage the relationship with HMRC and external advisors.
