Our Client is currently looking for a driven and personable Inbound Sales Representative to handle incoming customer inquiries, understand their needs, and convert interest into sales.
What you'll be doing:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats from prospective customers.
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and value propositions.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve the customer journey.
- Provide feedback on common customer inquiries to improve FAQs and onboarding resources.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
