Business Support Officer
Salary - £12.80 per hour PAYE // £15.72 per hour Ltd Umbrella
Location - BS37

Join a dynamic team as a Business Support Officer and play a crucial role in supporting the Children, Adults, and Health department.
As a key member of our Public Health & Wellbeing Business Support Team, you'll provide essential administrative support and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills and experience will be highly valued.
Day-to-Day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to professional teams, ensuring efficiency and effective implementation of procedures.
- Act as the main point of contact for the service area, handling enquiries and information requests with effective communication.
- Collate, maintain, and analyse records to produce accurate statements and interpret data from computerised systems.
- Research information within your area of service specialism and draft content for reports.
- Interact with customers, colleagues, and partners to maintain strong working relationships.
- Communicate specific concerns, queries, and issues promptly and accurately.
- Record and assist in the monitoring and maintenance of budgets/financial information/resources.
Skills / Qualifications for the role:
- Experience in an environment related to the service area or within a similar role.
- Minimum qualification of 3 grade C's at GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Maths, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Good literacy, communication, numeracy, and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintaining computerised record systems.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
