Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the wider Technical Architecture team to deliver technical consultancy and pre-sales activities
- Transfer industry, technical and product knowledge to customers
- Manage client activities, booking and meetings
- Prepare documentation for clients utilising templates
- Develop formal written sales proposals and tender responses around product offerings
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience providing technical support in a client-facing environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, Disaster Recovery, Networking, Storage, Server, Security and Cloud Solutions
This role is available on a full-time, permanent basis, offering a starting salary from £28,000 to £36,000 (depending upon experience) and a flexible hybrid model.
