Package: £23,000-25,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2)

They will provide a structured 12 week training plan, giving you the platform for a successful career in recruitment. The Role:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
- Degree educated or 1 years sales/commercial experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Financially motivated
- Strong Work ethic
