The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve the candidate collaborating with the commercial director to identify prospective tender opportunities dealing with both existing and new clients, developing principal design elements for design and build tenders and managing the post-tender process by handling queries and post tender interviews.
The ideal candidate must have experience in the building services field as well as an understanding of mechanical design and estimating. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable well-known company and to take control of a wide range of projects.
The Role:
- Developing tender opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Developing principal design elements for design tenders
- Majority of work is office based with occasional site visits
- Infrastructure design
- Building services mechanical design
- Some travel to customer sites
The Person:
- Experience estimating
- Building Service Mechanical Design Experience
- Comfortable with some UK travel
