A longstanding Kent firm with an excellent reputation has the opportunity for a Lawyer to join their successful Commercial Property Team .
The ideal candidate will be have experience within Commercial Property: Landlord and tenant, 3+ years PQE, and be able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Interviewing clients to take instructions
- Advising clients and discussing plans and progress and keeping them fully informed about their matter
- Providing relevant documents
- Keeping client and matter files in good order and ensuring that all information is recorded thoroughly and accurately
- Dealing with clients' queries and problems promptly and efficiently either face to face or on the telephone
- Complying with quality standards set and with departmental procedures, when handling all matters
- Supporting growth of the department by being actively involved with business development
Salary
: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE
Hours
: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
