LETTINGS MANAGER / DIRECTOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Ferndown, BH22
Salary: OTE: £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Manager / Lettings Director s to set up, establish, lead and manage a new Lettings Division, based in Ferndown.
This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to take a step into the ownership of a Lettings division.
The perfect candidate will have a proven track record in lettings, ARLA qualified, have exceptional leadership and selling skills, the ambition to set up and grow a successful lettings division and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.
You will be proactive, energetic, articulate, well-presented and well-spoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum.
Previous experience in residential lettings is essential, and local knowledge would be helpful.
The salary for the role is negotiable and will be part of an overall long-term package that includes the potential for shares and Directorship within the company.
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Manager / Director role will include:
- Experienced residential Lettings (3 years minimum)
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge and living close to the Ferndown area preferred
- Full Driving License
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- ARLA qualified
