The ideal candidate is someone who is target driven and looking to work within a team. You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and you will have a winning mindset. Ideally you will have previous experience within lettings, but the company are open to a Trainee looking to get into the property industry.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator position include:
- Basic £20,000 - £23,000
- OTE £30,000
- Mon to Fri working every other Saturday

Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator position include:
- Registering and qualifying potential tenants
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Liaising between landlords and tenants
- Property inspections
- Booking appointments and conducting viewings
The skills required for the Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- High level of customer service skills ideally with customer service background
- Well spoken with good telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- An excellent team player
- Target driven
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
