A Russell Group University in London is looking for a Senior CRM Officer to join the team for 3 months from July. This position requires a strong understanding of CRM systems, data analysis and conversion, ideally within a higher education setting.

Our client is a Russell Group University in London with a large marketing, student recruitment, communications and digital function.
The team are in the London office 2-3 days a week.
Description
- Lead on the coordination of CRM activities to deliver student recruitment activities, data cleansing and governance.
- Support the execution of conversion plans using CRM across University wide activities.
- Use your expert knowledge of CRM to advise colleagues across the team and University on how to optimise activities for the benefit of student recruitmemt and conversion.
- Plan, implement and report on CRM activities.
- Lead the coordination of own projcts within CRM to support student recruitment goals.
- Lead in the coordination of impact reports for student recruitment activities.
Profile
- Experience of using CRM software or marketing databases including setting up communications plans, providing training and support for users, troubleshooting, producing data and reports.
- Excellent IT and digital marketing skills.
- Project management of conversion projects including email marketing.
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
- Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
