About the role

If you'd love to be at the heart of the No1 brand in healthcare at an exciting time in the history of Boots brand and work in a passionate team that's focussed on delivering change for our Boots Brand, this may be one for you! Reporting into Head of Commercial, the role will be based in our Nottingham Head Office

  • Guide the strategic direction & the vision for Boots Brand & the role it plays within each category.
  • Identify future commercial growth opportunities for Boots Brand
  • Lead partners to drive & deliver the 3YP category & product strategy to grow Boots Brand ahead of the market.
  • Drive change on operational models & processes to support the ambition for Boots Brand
  • Partner with product, commercial & marketing teams to bring ranges to life for our customers in the best way possible & showcase the value, quality & expertise of Boots Brand
  • Influence the Boots Brand plans as part of Healthcare Reinvention & all other relevant programmes to ensure Boots Brand is a key pillar of our vision of stores for the future
  • Promote step change in approach towards Boots brand NPD activation through all channels
  • Work collaboratively, across functions to drive range opportunities and sub brand equity across all three business units for Boots Brand
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities & customer preferences to identify opportunities & threats for Boots Brand

What you'll need to have

You will be a key member of the Consumer Healthcare Team and will build big relationships across multiple stakeholders & peers to drive best-in-class execution of our Boots brand product portfolio, across all healthcare categories.

  • Engaging, energetic & passionate leader able to take people on the journey with you
  • Collaboration & relationship building is your super power, with an ability to flex your style to win over all key stakeholders
  • A love of working collaboratively & energising teams to deliver an ambitious goal
  • Deep understanding of trend, product & how this translates to commercial opportunities
  • Obsessively understands who the Boots Brand customer is & how we need to show up for them in each category
  • A dynamic mindset with a passion to drive change through different ways of working to accomplish the vision for Boots Brand
  • Comfortable with challenging the status quo & existing perceptions to drive Boots Brand forward
  • Strategic understanding of areas of focus to drive impactful growth
  • Able transform data into insight to inspire commercial decisions to appropriately advantage Boots brand

It would be great if you also have
