Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Support Executive to join our client, the UK's leading catering equipment supplier.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected and sustainable business where your role will be to deliver exceptional customer service, supporting with all queries and seeking to maximise all sales opportunities.

This is an office based position located in Avonmouth, Bristol and the salary is £26,985 per annum.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, either 8am - 4.45pm or 8.15am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Support Executive:

  • Managing existing relationships with the network of catering equipment distributors
  • Being the support network for all stakeholders, answering calls and emails, and offering a one-stop resolution for all
  • Achieving revenue and margin targets for the customer base
  • Completing administrative tasks such as resolving invoice disputes, registering new accounts and maintaining accurate dealer records
  • Resolving any carrier issues presented to the team via the delivery partners

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Support Executive:

  • Previous experience working in a sales and customer service background is preferred
  • You will need strong administration experience
  • Good communication and negotiation skills is required
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is required
  • Willingness to develop and be open to learning new skills is essential
