Quinton Davies is delighted to be working with a rapidly growing financial services client based in Bristol. We are looking for a skilled SM&CR Specialist to join their dynamic team and partner with the People Department. This is a hybrid working role, offering a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the People Department to align SM&CR requirements with HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the certification process for senior managers and certified persons.
- Provide expert guidance and training on SM&CR compliance to staff and management.
- Monitor and report on regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all SM&CR-related activities.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of SM&CR regulations and compliance.
- Experience in a similar role within financial services.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they align with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
