The Role of the Field Service Engineer
- You will be servicing, repairing and installing dental equipment in Dental labs, practices and the NHS.
- Products serviced will mainly be the digital imaging products, cameras etc but also dental chairs, handpieces, pressure vessels, Xray & Digital, Compressors and suction pumps.
- Covering Aberdeen. There will be time where you will need to go out further afield.
- No set KPI's - performance is managed based on customer feedback, team feedback.
- Position is open due to a shortage of engineers
- Start Date ASAP

The Ideal Person for the Field Service Engineer
- Candidate will need to have some dental engineering experience or have experience working with chair suction pump etc.
- They don't have the capacity to train so candidate will need to have experience.
- Ideal candidate will have experience within customer facing roles with good customer service skills and the ability to deal with tricky customers.
