The role of Social Media Marketing Account Manager will be a pivotal role within this new team, it will be fast paced, varied and constantly evolving.
Key duties:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Build and manage large budget campaigns across multiple social media platforms
  • Ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI
  • Analyse and monitor campaign performance and identifying trends
  • Implement testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
  • Collaborate with creative teams
  • Build positive relationships with followers, responding to interactions in a timely manner
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends

The Social Media Marketing Account Manager will have the following skills and expertise:

  • Previous experience working as a Social Media Marketing Account Manager
  • Proven experience managing large budget campaigns.
  • Expertise in optimising and controlling engagement on multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Proficient in utilising analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex ideas and data analysis findings to stakeholders effectively.
  • Have a detail-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and campaign performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently.
