Quality Team Lead
Plymouth, Commutable from: Tavistock, Ivybridge, Saltash, Yelverton
Up to £40,000 per annum + Bonus + Early Finish on Friday + Pension + Extra Benefits
Excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in Quality to join a market-leading, international company.
The company are a well-established, highly revered manufacturing company in the Plymouth area with sites across the world that not only are renowned for the quality of their products but also for being a leading and progressive employer within the area. Due to growth, they are currently for a Quality Team leader/Supervisor to oversee the Technicians and Inspectors.

The Role:
- Manage the day to day activities of the Quality Audit and End of Line team.
- Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, 3:30pm finish on Fridays
- Salary up op £40,000 dependent on experience plus monthly and yearly bonus scheme, life insurance 3x salary, pension contributions matched to 5%.
The person:
- Leadership experience in a quality environment
- Knowledge of measurement systems and processes
- Qualified Internal Auditor - highly desirable
