Graduate Ecommerce Marketing Specialist

The business is one of the fastest-growing Supplement brands in the UK, with an ambitious goal of reaching £100 Million in annualised revenue by the end of 2026. And becoming the UK's biggest Collagen brand in the next 2 years.

And you can play your part in this.

There is huge potential for growth: the industry currently worth north of £1 Billion a year and still less than 15% of Women over 40 take Collagen on a regular basis. How many of the other 85% can you reach?

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

You will take ownership of key marketing initiatives that drive ecommerce growth. You'll be responsible for managing important growth levers in the D2C business, including developing UGC content, creating and testing landing pages, writing compelling ad copy, conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates, researching competitor strategies,, and implementing marketing funnel optimisations.

You'll work directly with the Meta advertising efforts and have the opportunity to lead new marketing initiatives as you develop your skills.

And you will also be coordinating influencer campaigns. Leading outreach and coordination for paid campaigns and product seeding initiatives.

This isn't a traditional 9-5 role - you will need to move fast when needed, an take full ownership of your work.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Clearly, you will need to be well above average. You should be a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

Some kind of related experience in digital marketing would be ideal. Maybe this was through an internship, or it could be something you have found yourself. And it should be related in some way to ecommerce or shopify.

You'll need to have a great interest in ecommerce, social media marketing, or content creation. And familiarity with social media platforms from a business perspective. Some understanding of analytics tools and data interpretation would be ideal. And if you have done any work with influencers that would be great.

WHERE YOU'LL BE DOING IT

Location is in south London, near to Battersea, Brixton, Kennington, and Lambeth. You'll get a Work desktop + laptop and full desk set-up (Dual Monitor, Ergonomic chair & standing desk option). You will be in the office 5 days a week, there is no option for home-working.
