I am currently working with avibrant, progressive, and forward-thinking National law firm who are now looking for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or established fee earner.
This is a well-established law firm who represent a mixture of clients from SME's to market leading companies. You will have access to a busy and engaging caseload, with the opportunity to also get involved in business strategy and growth, with tons of opportunities to progress internally.

You will:
- Have experience working in a busy commercial property department having experience and knowledge working on complicated transactional matters including hotels, shopping centre's and development land.
- You will also have experience and knowledge working on acquisitions and disposals.
- You will have a proven track record of billings.
- You will have a keen eye for business development and promotion of your firm through marketing initiatives.
- You will be driven, motivated, highly organised, and will enjoy client interaction; building and maintaining key relationships in the local community.
