Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking to work for a company who have an interesting array of customers?

This Wolverhampton based company have grown to be a market leader in their field with customers across a broad range of sectors including education healthcare and the leisure industry. Their friendly finance team are looking for someone, ideally with experience in the construction sector, to join them and take control of their purchase ledger.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Matching invoices to purchase orders.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Provide support to the Accounts Manager on all tasks required.
  • Processing of CIS invoices.
  • Problem solving site issues as and when they occur.
  • Ability to react in a timely manner to support the needs of the business.
  • Working closely with our management team to ensure that things run smoothly - an effective communicator is essential.
  • Ensuring good communication between all parties.
  • Contributing to our commitment to assist and develop the Client's culture of continuous improvement.
  • Other Ad Hoc admin duties.

About you:

  • At least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and always ready to assist colleagues.
  • Able to use initiative.
  • Team player.
