Three-month placement starting ASAP following an interview
Pertemps Didcot are recruiting for someone with an eye for detail who has experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Our client requires someone to carry out stock take on their products within their large warehouse near Didcot.
Warehouse Operative duties will include:
- Working from an excel spreadsheet to source stock locations
- Pull down stock from locations within warehouse
- Count stock levels and record on excel spreadsheet
- Return stock to correct locations
- Occasionally work from an alternative site location (transport provided)
- Working on your feet for the majority of each working day, with some time at a desk to record stock levels on a computer
To be considered for this Warehouse Operative position you will have:
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and be computer literate
- A good mathematical ability in order to accurately count and monitor stock levels
- Ability to work alone once given instructions
- Manual handling experience
More about the role:
- This position is expected to be for a three-month duration due to the volume of stock
- An interview process will take place ahead of the start date to ensure suitability
- Working hours: 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
- Weekly or Monthly pay (You decide!)
