- Handle a high volume of recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
