We have a great new role available for an Account Handler to join an insurance broking firm in Leyland.
The Account Handler opportunity will sit within their commercial team, where you will be responsible for dealing with the insurances for a range of cross-class SME commercial clients, managing the renewal process as well as handling any Mid-Term Adjustments and New Business enquiries.
For the Account Handler position, we are keen to consider applications from individuals either with a good base knowledge of commercial insurance or somebody from a Personal Lines background with a real desire to get into commercial insurance.
This is a good role and opportunity for anybody looking for a new challenge but also to expand their commercial insurance career!
Salary for this role will be in the region of £25k-£30k, depending on the experience you bring.
Skills and Experience:
- Insurance experience is essential, either within an SME Account Handler position or from a Personal Lines background.
- Good knowledge and experience of the renewal process.
- Have a real interest in the insurance sector and be committed to securing the right cover for clients at the best possible deal.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen to and understand clients whilst maintaining strong working relationships.
- Be well organised and able to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
