Senior Administrator/Team Lead

As a Senior Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients office operations run smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for managing key administrative tasks and providing high-level support to senior management and various departments, as well as mentoring junior staff. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on a leadership position within an administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline office processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Mentor and support junior administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Act as a central point of contact for communication between departments and with external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient information flow.
  • Assist with coordinating and managing administrative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative role, with a strong understanding of office management practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
