Venn Group are currently partnering with Housing Association based in London who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. The successful Finance Business Partner will have a broad role where they will need to utilise strong communication skills and have the ability to speak with non-finance members of staff.
Job title: Finance Business Partner
Salary: £60000 - £65000 per annum
Location: London
Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Hybrid (1-2 days working on site)
Responsibilities:
- Preparation annual budget and monthly performance reports
- Provide a finance business partnering service for the Asset Management, Compliance and Development
- Liaise with budget holders, monitoring performance, maintaining budgetary control and investigating queries
- Analyse variance analysis vs actuals
- Complete reconciliations
- Assist with internal and external audit reviews
Experience required:
- Social Housing experience (not essential)
- Strong communication skills (essential)
- Fully Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, ICAEW)
