Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Salary: £20,000 basic - OTE £50,000
Hours: day off in the week and every other Sunday
Location: Winchester
Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a family-run dealer group with Dealerships in the Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire areas. We are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join their busy Winchester Dealership.

Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
- Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service.
- Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and fully managed throughout the sales process.
- Advise customers on finance and insurance products, upselling where possible
- To have outstanding knowledge of the brands products and services to ensure the customer receives the best service possible
- To build, manage and maintain a list of viable prospects by maximising all sales leads
- Pro-actively conduct telephone sales activity to generate new prospects and manage customers in the sales cycle.
Key Requirements:
- You will be a target driven-driven and customer-focused sales executive with previous experience within the motor trade
- Possess excellent customer facing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Well-presented and able to engage and build positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Results focused, you will be resilient to manage customer objections and to learn from feedback.
