Office Adminstrator/Secretary

We are excited to be recruiting an Office Administrator/ Secretary for a well-established, professional organisation.

You will be working in a friendly team, representing the business to visitors, welcoming them and providing them with an excellent service. You will also be supporting other departments and staff members, providing secretarial support and working together to achieve overall business goals.

You will be articulate, presentable, professional, and personable in your approach.

Experience of audio typing would be beneficial for the role.

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and distribution of incoming and outgoing post.
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and following through where required.
  • Greet any visitors to the offices in a professional manner and provide refreshments.
  • Audio typing of reports, meeting minutes and letters with speed and accuracy.
  • Operate internal Business Management System (BMS) (Full training will be provided).
  • Maintain the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format.
  • Raise invoices.
  • Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office.
  • Diary co-ordination.
  • Handling enquiries.
  • Supporting wider administration team members
  • General secretarial support
