**Job Description:**
Career Teachers are seeking a dynamic SEND Teacher to join a supportive school in Burton-on-Trent. Are you ready to ignite the potential of our remarkable students spanning key stages 3, 4, and 5?
**Key Responsibilities:**
- A teacher who can develop and deliver individualised education programmes for learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
- A teacher who can assess learners' abilities and craft personalized learning plans.
- A teacher who can foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- A teacher who can collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to ensure the holistic development of learners.
- A teacher who can utilise various pedagogical approaches and resources to engage and motivate learners to succeed.
- A teacher who can monitor and record progress, providing feedback and adjusting strategies as necessary.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with SEND.
- Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation and CPD.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving the educational outcomes of students with special needs.
