We are currently seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join the school's team. Responsibilities: As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, your role will be instrumental in providing support to students both inside and outside the classroom. Key responsibilities include:
- Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Individual Support: Work one-on-one with students, applying psychological principles to address academic challenges and promote personal development.
- Behavioral Assistance: Assist in managing and implementing behavioral support strategies to create a positive and respectful atmosphere.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the school's SENCO, teachers, and parents to support the unique needs of students.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field is required.
