Our client is an accountants and tax advisers based in Coventry with over 45 years' experience in helping small to medium sized businesses achieve success. They have a unique approach that enables them to support their clients in growing their businesses, generating cash, maximising profitability and building valuable businesses, at the same time as helping with top level tax planning strategies that rival top tier firms.
The Role
They are actively seeking a Business Development Manager to enable the firm to hit their growth target of 25% year on year over the next 3 years, by managing and working with the sales, marketing and business development teams, using your sales expertise to convert new business opportunities into orders to hit the firm orders-won targets.
To be successful in this role you will possess a tangible track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a market facing role. You are experienced in a business to business sales environment with proven ability to position services and solutions in a professional services environment or similar industry. You are comfortable talking to directors of owner-managed businesses about a wide range of business issues and possess a strong commercial acumen, portraying a high level of professionalism.
