Deputy Company Secretary - AIM Listed
We're currently working with a clean fuel and energy AIM listed business. Listed on the London Stock Exchange, they are a leader in the clean energy space.
Currently Looking for someone to join them as Deputy Company Secretary, reporting into the GC & CoSec on a day to day basis. You will be given the autonomy to have ownership of the CoSec function, working closely with a well established legal function.
You will manage the day to day operations of the function, across board support and prep, Overseeing share reistrars and plan administrators. Advising the board and senior stakeholders on corporate governance matters.
This is a great opportunity for someone to take the next step into a Deputy CoSec role.
