Hours Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.00 (30 minutes lunch)

These are permanent, office-based Customer Service Advisor roles and some of the duties required will be:
- Dealing with a large amount of inbound calls
- Handling general order queries and creating orders
- Investigating any delays or delivery issues
- Updating CRM systems
- Making some outbound calls as you will be dealing with the customer service inbox
Skill required
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Clear and friendly Telephone voice
- Ability to be understanding and relate to people in all circumstances
- Confidence with new technologies
- A problem solver
- Self-motivated but enjoys working in a close knit team
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
To be considered for this role, you will need to have phone based customer service experience of any sort and will need to have a resilient personality as you will be dealing with a high volume of calls.
