Description
- Delivering high-quality IT support to customers through (Remote Control, Phone & MS Teams).
- Working to KPI's to maintain service tickets.
- Collaborating with teams to design and implement new systems and processes.
- Conducting thorough problem-solving to diagnose and fix IT issues.
- Managing IT projects to ensure successful and timely completion through managing your calender with tickets.
- Keeping up to date with the latest tech trends and advancements.
- Training and guiding on new technology and applications.
- Ensuring IT systems and procedures comply with company policies.
- Building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
