My client is a large and prestigious trading company based in the city of London.

They are now hiring a Personal & Team Assistant to work across two teams in the business covering a 15-month maternity contract.

This role will provide multiple MDs & VPs with administrative support and be part of a collaborative, friendly, and busy working culture.

The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant within financial services, looking after senior management.

Duties:

  • Extensive diary management for internal and external meetings.
  • Arranging meeting rooms and catering.
  • Extensive travel arrangements.
  • Prepare expense claims.
  • Budget tracking.
  • Raising of purchase orders.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations for department meetings.
  • Preparing documentation for meetings.
  • Supporting in IT issues.
  • Assisting the other EA's where required.

Skills/experience required:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant, working for senior management.
  • Experience in a trading or financial company.
  • Highly organized and can adapt to forever-changing environments.
  • Proficient in all MS Packages, including PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
