Responsibilities include
- Lead hands-on training sessions in luxury spa treatments and product knowledge
- Create and develop suitable protocols for new products
- Identify skill gaps and look for opportunities to upskill
- Assess therapist performance
- Deliver new account onboarding
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the luxury spa industry
- Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent
- Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs
- Strong understanding of treatment protocols and product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel extensively
