The Role
:
You will have a dual role, managing your own caseload from inception to conclusion whilst also supporting a senior catastrophic fee earner on their caseload of high value multi-track/ catastrophic matters, including RTA, EL/ PL and OL cases. This role requires a solicitor who can hit the ground running and contribute to our top-tier team focused on claimant personal injury matters.
The Candidate
:
You will have at least 2 years PQE with a proven track record of successfully dealing with claimant serious injury work. Ideally you will have experience of dealing with traumatic brain injury, complex orthopaedic injury, and amputation cases. Our client is looking for someone experienced at dealing with a diverse range of liability scenarios including EL/PL as well as RTAs and multiple defendants.
