Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with our client as they are recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to support their growing procurement function.
This is a Permanent, full-time opportunity to join a forward-thinking business at a pivotal time an would suit an adaptable, driven and enthusiastic individual.
Experience in a Supply Chain or Administration role previously would be beneficial, alongside the ability to manage time requirements to ensure critical business needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Expedite Purchase Orders (POs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and supplier documentation
- Cleanse and manage aged RFQs, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
- Maintain supplier data in ERP systems (e.g., pricing, lead times, preferred vendors)
- Prepare and issue RFQs, manage PO approvals, and track order completion
- Distribute engineering drawings and technical files as needed
- Monitor and report on Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Support wider business needs by ordering and expediting POs
- Identify anomalies in new parts and generate relevant reports
- Follow internal purchasing procedures and deliver tasks within defined scopes
About you
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Project)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator.
