Due to our on-going expansion, we are recruiting for a Consultant Recruitment Resourcer for our busy Peterborough Office.

Purpose: You will be working within the consultant recruitment team, providing support to our consultant recruitment executives and the acquisition team's objectives and KPI's.

The consultant programme is a key part of the firm's business strategy, offering self-employed positions under the firm's umbrella to qualified legal professionals with a better work life balance and earning potential.

You will be part of a busy and growing recruitment team, sourcing candidates for interview, dealing with incoming enquiries regarding the consultant programme, communicating with potential candidates throughout the process and meeting KPI daily call list targets.

As a consultant recruitment resourcer, you will be friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills and organisation, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy sales and be target-driven.

This role will involve, but is not limited to:

  • Recording and dealing with initial inbox enquiries
  • Prequalifying leads and performing due diligence checks
  • Updating acquisition CRM
  • Following up monthly on 'no contact' enquiries and database
  • Following up regularly on pipelines and contracts sent out
  • Diarising calls for recruitment executives and support managing their diaries
  • Sourcing ideal programme candidates using firm recruitment tools
  • Processing consultant referral bonus forms to accounts
  • Assisting the consultant acquisition manager with various tasks and projects
  • Processing and recording subconsultant recruitment requests from firm consultants
  • Communicating with consultants in regard to subconsultant interviews arranged and outcomes
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish
