Waking Night Support Worker
Location: Bradford
Salary: £11.50 per hour

Our client is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join their team at a 2-bed service in Bradford. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of residents during the night while promoting a calm and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight care and supervision for residents.
- Monitor the safety and security of the home during the night.
- Offer emotional support and respond to any needs or emergencies.
- Complete relevant documentation and handover notes.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar care role is preferred.
- Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Flexibility and reliability.
Shift Pattern:
- 3 nights on, 3 nights off, from 21:30 to 07:30.
