Graduate Building Surveyor

We are seeking a proactive individual to support our team of chartered building surveyors and property managers. This role involves working with a diverse range of commercial, block management, and residential sector clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and appropriate fee income.

This is an opportunity to be mentored by our Charted Building Surveyor - ideal for someone looking at completing their APC within two years.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Diagnose defects and report on remedial work.
  • Obtain quotes and tenders for both minor and major works.
  • Prepare specifications and tender documentation.
  • Conduct tender analysis and compile reports.
  • Monitor contractor's works and maintain client liaison.
  • Prepare contract documents and administer contracts.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare schedules of dilapidations and conditions.
  • Prepare and agree on Party Wall awards.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Conduct Fire, Health & Safety Assessments.
  • Undertake measured surveys and prepare CAD drawings.

What you will need:

  • Building Survey degree (2:1 minimum)
  • GCSE's Maths and English (A* to B)
  • 1 years' experience as a Building Surveyor
  • Full UK Driver's License
