Our client, based in Hatfield are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Manager / Supervisor to join its team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a busy transactions team
- Overseeing all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring current procedures are being followed
- Key point of contact in the finance team for suppliers
- Maintaining and updating the purchase ledger
- Developing strong, effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
Experience:
- Experience managing a team of 5+
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and processing high volume of invoices
- Experience using financial systems with strong excel skills
- Exceptional organisational and administration skills with strong attention to detail
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, but you will need to be able to easily travel to their offices in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
