We are seeking a talented and dedicated Project Coordinator to join our amazing team in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. As an integral part of our organisation, you will facilitate seamless communication between key stakeholders, project management team members, and our studio. Responsibilities:
Collate essential information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Act as a gatekeeper within the client information system, resolving any issues with artwork comments.
Provide updates on the status of jobs and queries to the Project Manager.
Liaise with the project management team to create records on the internal information system.
Estimate and collate costs for work.
Ensure timely distribution, monitoring, and chasing of approvals.
Brief back amends/approvals clearly, checking before submission.
Support other accounts' workload as needed.
Escalate any issues to the Head of Operations and assist with reporting data.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a "can-do" approach.
Prioritisation skills for meeting critical path deadlines.
